The CAP2700 Smart Control headlight tester adapts to every headlight

Another key piece of equipment for HGV testing: the CAP2700, a new-generation headlight tester designed for both periodical technical inspection (PTI) and repair workshops, combining advanced technology, ergonomics and productivity.

A lens designed for today's headlights

Its XL lens, in an all-new format, makes it possible to assess every type of modern headlight — LED, Bi-LED, laser or adaptive — thanks to a short focal length and a compact housing.

Simplified handling

The exclusive Smart Control system lets the operator control every operation via a button built into the handle, for one-handed use.
The enhanced S2700 interface provides intelligent centring and a fully digital measurement, compensated in real time by an inclinometer.

In the workshop as in periodical technical inspection

The CAP2700 can adjust and check dipped beams, main beams and fog lights, with three available modes: free measurement for repairs, PTI/pre-inspection procedure, or matrix headlight adjustment in the workshop.

A footprint designed to fit existing set-ups

The CAP9110 is built around a compact chassis, compatible with civil engineering work already in place. Its screen (or tablet) sits on a low-profile stand, allowing it to be integrated without major building work or reorganising the pit or workshop.

Quick to learn, for greater productivity

On the software side, the CAP9110 features intuitive, responsive controls backed by Capelec's measurement expertise. Instructions are displayed directly on a large touchscreen or tablet, guiding the operator step by step and streamlining every stage of the test.

A chassis built to last

The bench is built on a reinforced galvanised steel frame, combined with high-grip rollers and a dual-chain drive. A rugged design suited to intensive use in a workshop or PTI centre.

Tailored configuration

The CAP9110 can be installed with or without a pit, and can be controlled from a PC or tablet interface — the configuration best suited to your workshop.
