CAPELEC and CICLAD: a new partnership for the future of industry

The Montpellier-based CAPELEC group, which specializes in the design and manufacture of roadworthiness and air quality equipment, is taking a new step in its development by opening its capital to CICLAD, an independent French investment fund.

With solid experience in supporting the development of industrial SMEs, this new majority shareholder will strengthen the group's governance and contribute its strategic and financial expertise. The operational management team will remain in place, ensuring continuity in the group's vision and values.
